调湿煤转运站除尘方式的探讨

Discussion on the dedusting mode of coal moisture control for junction house

通过向煤调湿转运站除尘系统掺混适量的焦炉烟道气,可提高尘气的温度,避免了尘气结露。同时降低了系统水蒸汽和氧气的含量,防止系统氧含量过高发生煤粉爆炸,并可节约大量蒸汽。

Mixed with appropriate amount of coke oven flue gas ,the emission in dedusting system at CMC junction house can be warmed up to avoid dew formation .Meanwhile the content of water vapor and oxygen in the dedusting system is reduced to prevent the coal fine from explosion due to excessive oxygen in the system.In addition,a large amount of steam is saved.
