水封式推焦机除尘工艺的应用和探讨

Application and discussion on dedusting process for water seal type pusher machine

介绍了在推焦机上增设密闭罩,在推焦机与地面除尘系统连接处采用U型水封通风管的除尘新工艺。该工艺实现了烟气与地面除尘站对接,推焦过程中的烟尘得到控制,除尘效果良好。

This paper introduces the new dedusting process in which an additional enclosed hood is installed on pusher machine and U-shape water seal pipe is used at connecting pipe of pusher ma-chine and stationary baghouse unit .The process has a good effect for dust removing ,which realizes the connection between the emission and the stationary baghouse unit for controlling the emission during coke pushing.
