摘要
对粗苯回收工艺中影响粗苯回收率的因素进行了分析,通过技术改造,使夏季洗苯平均温度保持在25℃左右,中压蒸汽取代了管式炉加热,夏季粗苯收率由0.867%提高到0.973%,全年粗苯收率平均达到1.03%。
This paper analyzes the factors which affect the recovery rate of coke oven light oil （CO-LO） in process.The average temperature of benzol scrubbing in summer is maintained around 25℃by means of technical improvement .Instead of pipe still,medium pressure steam is used for heating so that the recovery rate of the COLO increases from 0.867%to 0.973%in summer and the annual av-erage rate reaches up to 1.03%.
