摘要
探讨构建社会主义和谐社会这一时代课题,离不开对前人世代积累的历史经验的反思。协调管理者与被管理者之间的关系、寻求二者之间矛盾的建设性解决方式,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重大课题之一。中国古代关于协调君民关系的论述很多,其中包含着对管理者与被管理者关系带有普遍性的认识,蕴含着可资今人借鉴的思想资源,《管子·五辅》篇中的"得人之道"就是其中之一。
Exploring how to establish a harmonious society is a topic of the times. It is inseparable from reflecting over the accumulated historical experiences by predecessors. One of the principal topics about establishing the harmonious socialist society is to coordinate tile relationship between administrators and the administrated, so as to seek for constructive resolutions to undothe conflicts between the two. In ancient China, there were many statements about how to coordinate the relationship between the monarch and his ministers, in particular they contain many general acknowledged sayings about the relationship between the two, which are worthwhile for modern people to draw references from. The "ways of winning the confidence and support of people" , cited from Guanzi · Five Assistances, is a case in point. The thesis tries analyzing the "ways of winning the confidence and support of people" in Guanzi · Five Assistances in an effort to derive from it multiple ideological resources, which may be applied to establishing a harmonious society and coordinating the relationship between administrators and the administrated.
