摘要
目的:探讨大学生的时间管理倾向与学业自我效能感之间的关系。方法:运用《青少年时间管理倾向量表》和《大学生学业自我效能感量表》对广西四所大学的217名大学生进行调查研究。结果:①时间管理倾向、学业自我效能感在整体上均呈中上水平;②时间管理倾向和学业自我效能感性别差异不显著;③时间管理倾向与学业自我效能在年级上具有显著差异;④时间管理倾向与学业自我效能感呈正相关;⑤时间效能感、时间监控感、时间价值观对学业自我效能感存在解释作用。结论:大学生时间管理倾向各维度与其自我效能呈正相关,且大学生时间管理倾向各维度对自我效能有一定的预测作用。
Objective : To investigate the relationship between time management tendency and academic self - efficacy of college students. Methods: 217 students from universities in Guangxi were selected as a sample to complete “ Young People Time Management Tendency Meter” and “ College Students' Academic Self - efficacy Questionnaire.” Results : ①Students time management tendency and academic self - efficacy are higher than middle level ; ② Difference is not significant between male and female students in time management Tendency and academic self-efficacy; ③Difference is significant among grades in time management tendency and academic self - efficacy ;④ Guangxi University students'time management tendency and academic self- efficacy was positively correlated ; ⑤ time efficacy, sense of time monitoring, time values exist to explain the academic self - efficacy. Conclusion: Various dimensions of university student" time management tendency remarkably positively related with its academic self- efficacy, and has certain forecast function to the self- potency.
