摘要
系统分析了大型变频同步电动机易发故障原因及处理方法,针对冶金轧钢用电机的特点,要求修复时间短,处理可靠,结合莱钢近年来出现的几起同步电动机故障处理经验,对阻尼条松动重新固定、焊接,增加阻尼条本体紧固措施进行了探索。
The reasons for the large synchronous motor was easy to develop a fault and the treatment meth- ods were analyzed systematically, and aiming at the characteristics of motor for rolling steel in metallurgical industry, of short repair time and reliable treatment, combined with the treatment experience of several faults occurred within recent years in Laigang, the fastening measures such as retightening, welding and adding its body for loose damper bar were explored in the paper.
