莱钢3200m^3高炉炉前揭盖机行走机构优化改造

摘要 针对3200m^3高炉炉前揭盖机行走机构在运行过程中出现的跑偏、行走轮损坏、导轨起头或脱落、导轨积渣等故障进行了一系列的优化与改造,从而消除设备隐患,保障了炉前揭盖机的稳定运行,提高了铁口区和风口区的操作条件和除尘效果。 Aiming at the faults occurred in the running process of the walking mechanism in casthouse cover manipulator of 3 200 m3 blast furnace, such as running deviation, walking wheel damage, guide ski-up or abscission, accumulating slag in guide, a series of optimization and transformation were carried out, thus the hidden dangers of equipment were eliminated, the stable operation of casthouse cover manipulator was guaranteed, the operating conditions and dedusting effects in the regions of iron notch and air inlet were enhanced.
