砖压机用下梁的研发

摘要 砖压机用下梁铸件具有本体厚大、局部壁厚差异大的特点,此种结构极易在铸造过程中出现缩孔、裂纹、粘砂等铸造缺陷。在生产中通过解决模型的准确定位、悬垂吊芯的定位、大冒口根部防裂纹措施、铸件件温均衡技术的实施,有效消除了铸件缩松、裂纹及粘砂缺陷,成功生产出砖压机用下梁系列优质铸钢件产品。 The lower beam castings have the characteristics of thick and large body, big local wall thickness difference, and this kind of structure is easy to occur some casting defects such as shrinkage, cracks and sand burning. In the production, by implementing a series of measures, including the accurate positioning of model, the positioning of hanging suspended core, the crack prevention at the root of high riser and the temperature equalization of castings, the defects of shrinkage, cracks and sand burning were eliminated, and a series of high-quality castings of lower beam for brick press were developed successfully.
