摘要
通过对中间包的结构进行研究分析，找出结构设计上的问题点，从而在制作时进行改进，避免中间包过早产生变形而使得高温钢水烧损包沿、外壁及其他部位，从而延长整台设备的使用寿命。
Through research and analysis on the tundish structure, the problem points in structure design were found out, so the improvement was carried out in the manufacturing process, avoiding the premature deformation which can make high-temperature molten steel burn the edge, outer wall and other parts of tundish, thus the service life of whole equipment was prolonged.
