On the Transformation of Coke Delivery Belt Protection System for Coke Oven

焦化厂1^#、2^#焦炉输焦系统皮带保护系统存在一定的缺陷，时常发生滚筒磨损割伤皮带事故及速度检测装置失效现象，系统对皮带未起到有效地保护作用。对输焦系统进行改造后，达到了有效保护皮带的目的，防止事故扩大化，保证焦炉生产的顺利运行。

There were some defects in the coke delivery belt protection system for 1^#,2^# coke oven in the coking plant, frequently leading to the abrasion of belt by roller and the failure phenomena of velocity de- tecting device, and the system had no effective protect for belt. After transformation of coke delivery system, the purpose of effective protect was reached, the expansion of accident was prevented, and the smooth operation of coke oven production was ensured.
