摘要
运用运动领导行为量表和组织承诺量表为测量研究工具,采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,将所获数据进行皮尔逊积差相关、逐步回归分析统计方法进行分析,探讨广东省高校田径运动队教练领导行为与运动员的组织承诺的相关情况。结果表明:教练领导行为与运动员组织承诺的留队倾向呈显著性差异;教练领导行为中的训练指导行为能够很好地预测运动员的留队倾向。
The research applies the Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS) and Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) as the measurement tools. By using Pearson product -moment correlation and stepwise regression to analyze the data obtained from literature review, expert interviews and questionnaires, this study explores the influence of leadership behavior on athletes, organizational commitment, as well as tendencies of athletes staving in the team. The findings show that there is a significant difference between the leadership and the decision to stay in the team;the leadership behavior in the training and instruction for decision to stay in the team have positive prediction.
