英国校园足球启示:网络路径整合及多元资源配置

Inspiration from English school football of Charter Standard Scheme: network pathway integration and multiple resources supply

就英足总宪章标准计划中校园足球的路径整合和多元资源配置进行研究。结果显示随着足总宪章标准计划的推行,学校足球、社区足球和职业足球青少年培养形成了初步的网络,拓宽了青少年足球发展的路径。而政府部门、社会和商业组织从资金和人力两个方面的多元配置为校园足球发展提供了稳定的动力资源。对于我国校园足球而言,要大力发展社区足球,在不断推广校园足球的同时,加强校园足球、社区足球和职业足球之间的网络路径。同时校园足球的发展不能仅仅依靠国家部门的拨款,要逐渐形成政府、社会和商业组织多元化的资源投入。另外还需要不断加强社区体育志愿者的培养。

This article made a research on school football of FA＇s Charter Standard Scheme in terms of pathway integration and multi -resource supply. The result showed that Charter Standard Seheme had fi）rmed primary, network and widened football youth development. Government,social and commercial organizations contributed to the Scheme in terms of finance and manpower. It inspired that China＇ s youth football should pay more attention to the association between school football, community football and professional football, multi - resource supply and the promotion of community sport volunteers.
