为了解非洲籍球员在欧洲的情况,广泛查阅国内外的文献资料和球员信息,分析了非洲球员进入国际足球劳动力市场的情况。与基于商业逻辑的移民市场现实相比,非洲青年球员把足球视为一种提升社会地位途径的愿望趋于强烈。不管足球真正带来的获得职业生涯成功可能性和社会流动有多大,非洲男性青年都愿意视其为出国并逃离国内艰苦生活条件的一种途径。非洲球员跨国流动的梦想与现实,同样是亚洲球员或中国球员现实环境的真实写照。

In order to learn more about the African players in Europe, an analysis of information of the African players en- tering the international football labor market. It showed that young African players had a strong desire to make football as a means to promote their social status. Young African players tended o regard going abroad as a mean to escape from hard living condition in their countries, regardless how slim the chance for success was, or how great the social flow football brought to them. The transnational flow of the African players mirrored that of the Asian and Chinese players.
