摘要
介绍一种高性能的电子病历智能化全文检索系统。该系统是以关键词检索技术为基础,基于Clucene搜索引擎的结构原理进行二次开发,针对XML的电子病历文档进行全文检索。目的是给EMR系统提供一种高效快速的临床病历全文检索方法。与传统的病历检索系统相比,该系统在病历检索的效率与精度上有了很大提升与改进。
A high-performance intelligent text retrieval system of EMR. The system is based on keyword searching technology, and develops based on Lucerne following structural principle, and searches to full-text of EMR documents with XML. The purpose is to provide a fast and efficient retrieval of clinical records for EMR system. Compared with traditional medical record retrieval system, the system has higer efficiency and accuracy in medical record retrieval.
