摘要
我国粮食产量"十连增"的代价十分巨大。环境保护部、国土资源部的土壤状况调查结果表明,我国耕地污染形势已相当严峻,污染程度加剧,污染危害巨大,污染防治基础薄弱,耕地防治措施缺乏针对性,防治耕地污染的法律还是空白,耕地土壤环境标准体系也未形成。如何解改善和解决耕地土壤污染状况是近期面临的严峻挑战。
