摘要
容器壳体或封头上的开孔会削弱容器壁的强度,且在开孔附近会形成应力集中,因此需要对容器开孔进行补强设计。RCC-M规范是压水堆核岛压力容器设计的常用规范,本文介绍了基于RCC-M规范的容器壳体开孔补强计算方法和补强要求,并结合具体算例讲解所需补强面积、补强边界、可用作补强金属的计算方法,为类似化工容器的设计计算提供了参考。
The opening on pressure vessel not only weakened the container material strength, but also led to local stress concentration in container. Therefore, the opening reinforcement calculation was very important during the vessel design. RCC - M was the design and construction rules for mechanical components of PWR nuclear islands. Opening reinforcement requirements and calculation method based on RCC - M were presented, and the calculation was carried out with a sample.
