传统村落保护与发展探析——以北京门头沟区马栏村为例

Analysis on the Protection and Development of Traditional Village——A Case Study of Malan Village of Mentougou District in Beijing

以北京门头沟区传统村落马栏村为研究对象,在对马栏村价值特色分析的基础上,调查研究了马栏村的村落风貌、传统民居、基础设施、居住条件、产业发展等方面存在的问题,并分析了导致这些问题产生的主要原因,提出了抓住保护与发展的主要矛盾、编制保护与发展规划、加强村落保护与发展的宣传教育工作以及平衡保护与发展的关系等保护与发展的对策建议.

This paper focuses on Malan village, a traditional village in Mentougou District, in Beijing. According to the analysis of the characteristic value of Malan ancient village, a thorough study has been conducted on the aspects including village landscape, traditional houses, infrastructures, living conditions and industrial development in Malan village. After analyzing the cause of these problems, the protection and development countermeasures have been proposed, including grasping the principal contradiction of protection and development, preparing protection and development plan, researching measures for conservation and utilization of traditional villages, strengthening the propaganda and education work of traditional village ~ protection and development and keeping balance between protection and development.
