摘要
根据油水分离实验的需求,提出用齿轮泵直接控制流量的方法.利用秒表-直尺-摄像方法获得齿轮泵在不同频率下所抽取油水混合液的流量值,通过误差分析确保测量方法的准确性,从而获得齿轮泵的工作特性——频率-流量关系曲线,通过变频器频率调节达到精确控制流量的目的.此控流方法获得的流量可靠,操作方便,关系式相关性好,流量精度高.
A direct control method using the gear pump, according to the needs of oil-water separation experiments, is proposed. The gear pump flow extracted in different frequency by using a stopwatch- ruler-imaging method is obtained, which ensured the accuracy by error analysis, to get the mixture flow values of the gear pump; Then the purpose of precise control flow by frequency adjustment is archieved. This method is reliable,convenient and with good correlativity and high accuracy.
