我国推行住房反向抵押养老保险的障碍及政策建议

Barriers and Policy Suggestions of Bringing Housing Reverse Mortgage Endowment Insurance into Force in China

随着我国人口老龄化程度日益加深,对于养老资金来源的探索变得日益重要.国务院近日发布了《关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》,由此看出,我国政府越来越重视老年人的养老问题,不久也会倡导推出新的试点工作.分析我国目前推行以房养老所面临的的障碍,为北京试点能够成功举行提出一些政策建议.

As the deepening of aging population in China, the exploration for pension funding sources is becoming increasingly important. Recently, the State Council published several opinions on accelerating the development of pension services. By this token, our government is paying more and more attention to the elderly pension problems and will soon advocate new pilot work. the current obstacles which house- for-pension program will face are analysed in the paper, and then some policy suggestions are put forward in Beijing as experiments.
