大学生职业规划是培养学生对未来职业管理目标、树立正确就业观的重要能力,目标管理是实现针对各阶段目标展开行之有效管理的手段。以目标管理促进大学生职业规划的学生管理工作思路,在实践中是一种新尝试。在大学四年各阶段要有所侧重地实践目标管理并将职业生涯规划与之紧密结合,最终达到依托目标管理促进职业规划建设的良好效果。

To make college students plan for their career is ,for the students themselves, an important capacity with regard to the management target of their future career and rational view of employment, and the management of objective is by all means an effective and practical measure for the fulfillment of meaningful management of the targets at different sta- ges. In practice, the working thinking in the student work to improve the students＇ career planing by means of target manage- ment is a new endevour. In four-year university life, the management of objective should be flexible with the time and be combined with practical experience, in order to achieve the better effect of developing the building of career planing on the basis of target management.
