摘要
【目的】观察自拟清热祛湿方治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。【方法】将300例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组162例和对照组138例,治疗组口服自拟清热祛湿方(主要由柴胡、黄芩、白芷、苍耳子、辛夷花、茵陈蒿、前胡、甘草、防风、苦杏仁、蒲公英等药物组成),同时给予布地奈德喷雾剂外用治疗;对照组仅给予布地奈德喷雾剂进行治疗,2组疗程均为7 d。7 d后进行疗效评价,并记录并发症发生情况;1个月后随访患者过敏性鼻炎复发情况。【结果】(1)治疗组疗效优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)2组的症状缓解时间和并发症的发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)1个月后随访结果显示,治疗组的复发率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】自拟清热祛湿方治疗过敏性鼻炎安全有效,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-prescribed Qingre Qushi Recipe for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Three hundred allergic rhinitis outpatients admitted in the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province were randomly divided into treatment group (162 cases) and control group ( 138 cases) . Both groups were given nasal administration of Budesonide Spray, and additionally the treatment group was treated with self-prescribed Qingre Qushi Recipe, which is mainly composed of Radix Bupleuri, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Fructus Xanthii, Flos Magnoliae, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Radix Peucedani, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Semen Armeniacae Amara, Herba Taraxaci , etc.. Treatment of both groups lasted for 7 days. Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 7 days, and complications were recorded. One month later, follow-up was performed to investigate the recurrence of allergic rhinitis. Results Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . The time for symptoms relief and the occurrence of complications in the treatment group did not differ from those in the control group (P〉0.05) . The results of follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of allergic rhinitis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Self-prescribed Qingre Qushi Recipe is safe and effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and the recurrence rate is low.
