穴位局部麻醉状态下针刺合谷穴区对恒河猴面口部肌电的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Hegu Acupiont Acupuncture on Facial and Oral Electromyogram of Rhesus Monkeys in Local Anesthesia

摘要 【目的】观察穴位局部麻醉状态下针刺恒河猴合谷穴区对面口部肌电的影响,进一步证明合谷穴与面口部的特异性联系,并探索其联系途径。【方法】于恒河猴合谷穴区施局部麻醉,并以后溪和外关穴区作对照,运用神经肌电技术检测针刺不同穴区前后面口部额肌、颧肌及口轮匝肌的肌电活动的变化,比较针刺合谷穴区与对照穴区对面口部肌电的影响。【结果】局麻状态下,针刺合谷穴区对恒河猴额肌、颧肌肌电的峰峰值、面积均有显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),对口轮匝肌肌电各参数均无显著影响。针刺合谷穴区对恒河猴面口部肌肉肌电的影响显著强于针刺后溪、外关穴区;额肌肌电峰峰值、面积及潜伏期变化率,合谷穴区显著高于后溪、外关穴区(P<0.05);颧肌肌电峰峰值、面积变化率,合谷穴区显著高于后溪、外关穴区(P<0.05)。【结论】合谷穴区与面口部肌肉运动之间存在相对特异性联系,外周感觉神经可能是实现这种特异性联系的重要途径之一。 Objective To observe the effects of Hegu acupiont acupuncture on facial and oral electromyogram (EMG) of rhesus monkeys in local anesthesia, and to further explore the specific relationship of Hegu acupionts with facial and oral part as well as their connection pathway. Methods Hegu acupiont area of rhesus monkeys was given local anesthesia, and then the EMG of frontal muscle, zygomatic muscle and orbicular muscle were detected and compared to those after acupuncture on Houxi and Waiguan acupoints. Results Acupuncture on Hegu acupiont had obvious effects on the peak and area values of EMG of the frontal muscles and zygomatic muscles in rhesus monkeys in local anesthesia at Hegu aeupiont area (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ), but had no effect on EMG of orbicular muscle. The effect of Hegu acupoint acupuncture on EMG of frontal muscle was stronger than that of Houxi and Wa/guan acupoints acupuncture. The variety rates of peak value, area value and latent period of EMG of the frontal muscles after Hegu acupoint acupuncture were significantly higher than those after acupuncture on Houxi and Waiguan acupoints (P〈0.05). The variety rates of the peak value and area value of EMG of the zygomatic muscles after Hegu acupoint acupuncture were also significantly higher than those after acupuncture on Houxi and Waiguan aeupoints (P〈0.05). Conclusion The specific relationship has been found between Hegu acupiont and facial-oral muscles of rhesus monkeys, and one of its important pathways may be through peripheral sensory nerves.
