摘要
厨师职业道德是随着餐饮行业的产生而形成,它对厨师的生产活动过程起着制约作用。厨师职业道德主要包括良好的卫生观念、严谨的专业作风、精湛的烹饪技艺等方面。当前社会,提高厨师职业道德修养,服务社会,已成为餐饮从业人员的基本共识。
Along with the de supervise chefs' production awareness, rigorous working velopment of catering business, code of professional ethics has been established to process. This code of professional ethics for chefs includes health and hygiene style, and exquisite cooking skills. At present strengthening ethical education for chiefs to serve society already becomes catering practitioners' mutual recognition.
