摘要
缺血性中风是严重威胁人类健康的常见病。该文从中风的抗血栓治疗出发,介绍近期抗血栓治疗的研发热点,并由此阐明颅内血栓形成的分子通路。通过阻断血小板表面受体糖蛋白Ibα(GPIbα)或糖蛋白VI(GPVI)受体以及抑制凝血因子FIX,FX和FXII等来抑制血栓形成与发展,新一代抗血栓药物有望更好地治疗和预防脑缺血性中风。
Ischemic stroke is a common disease,which seriously threatens health of human. This paper introduces antithrombotic therapy of ischemic stroke. The novel potential novel targets for stroke treatment and specific coagulation inhibitors clarify a detailed analysis of the molecular pathways mediating thrombus formation. Formation and development of thrombus was inhibited by blocking the platelet surface receptor glycoprotein Ibα( GPIbα) or glycoprotein VI( GPVI) receptors and inhibiting coagulation factors FIX,FX and FXII, etc. New generation of antithrombotic drugs are expected to better prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
