摘要
目的测定维药肉桂子体外抗氧化活性,为有效利用肉桂子资源提供参考。方法利用紫外分光光度仪,通过DPPH法、羟自由基(·OH)清除法对肉桂子提取物的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果 (1)肉桂子提取物对DPPH清除率表明其抗氧化能力为越南批次<伊犁汉人街批次<广西批次<和田市场批次;(2)肉桂子提取物对羟基自由基清除率能力表明其抗氧化能力为越南批次<伊犁汉人街批次<和田市场批次<广西批次。结论该实验为维药肉桂子的应用及抗氧化的进一步研究提供了依据。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity in vitro of Uygur medicine Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi so as to provide references for efficient utilization of the plant. Methods The antioxidant activity of extracts of Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi was evaluated by determining the abilities in scavenging DPPH radicals,·OH radicals in UV spectrophotometer. Results DPPH scavenging rate of extract of Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi indicated that the antioxidant capacity was from weak to strong: Vietnam batch &lt; Yili Han Street batch &lt; Guangxi batch &lt; Hetian market batch. ·OH scavenging rate of extract of Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi indicated that the antioxidant capacity was from weak to strong: Vietnam batch &lt; Yili Han Street batch &lt; Hetian market batch &lt; Guangxi batch. Conclusions The experiment may provide basis for further investigation in antioxidant capacity and application of Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi.
