急诊手术室护理人员疲劳状况调查分析

Analysis of fatigue status in emergency operation room nurses

目的调查急诊手术室护士的疲劳状况,分析原因并提出相应对策。方法选择2011年1月—2012年6月在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院急诊手术室工作的护士45名,采用问卷调查法和护士疲劳综合征量表对护士疲劳状况进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果急诊手术室护士疲劳综合征量表评分为(9.31±2.78)分;其中,压力感占77.7%,疲惫占71.1%,肌紧张占66.7%,睡眠障碍占68.9%,情绪低落占62.2%,家庭关系紧张占62.2%。结论急诊手术室护士中普遍存在疲劳综合征;提示护理管理者应采取合理的干预措施,营造融洽和谐的工作环境,促进护理人员身心健康。

Objective To investigate the fatigue status in emergency operation room nurses, and to provide in- tervention to reduce it. Methods A total of 45 nurses in emergency operation room in our hospital were chosen from January 2011 to June 2012. They were investigated by questionnaire, and their fatigue status was analyzed. Results Fatigue Syndrome Scale score in emergency operation room nurses was 9.31 ± 2.78. The symptoms of fatigue syndrome included heavy pressure （77.7%）, tiredness （71.1%）, muscle tension （66.7%）, sleep disorders （68.9%）, depression （62.2%） and family tension （62.2%）. Conclusion Fatigue was prevalent in emergency operation room nurses. The administrators should take reasonable interventions to create a harmo- nious environment to improve their physical and mental health.
