知信行理论对2型糖尿病患者行为干预的效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨知信行理论对2型糖尿病患者行为干预的效果。方法选取2010年9月—2011年8月收治于复旦大学附属金山医院的2型糖尿病患者200例,以2010年9月—2011年2月收治的100例为观察组,以2011年3—8月收治的100例为对照组。观察组在常规教育的基础上采取知信行理论进行糖尿病患者的行为干预,对照组进行常规教育,干预时间为12个月。观察两组患者干预前及干预6个月和12个月的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化以及干预后两组患者遵医行为的变化。结果观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白值在6个月和12个月时均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行理论能有效改善糖尿病患者的生活方式,降低糖尿病患者的血糖,提高了患者的遵医行为。 Objective To investigate the effect of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice model (KABP model) on behavior intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected. 100 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to February 2011 were al- located to the experimental group, and 100 patients from March to August 2011 were allocated to the control group. The patients in the control group received routine diabetes education for 12 months, while the patients in the experimental group received additional KABP health education for 12 months. The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups. The behavior compliance was compared too. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group 6 months and 12 months after intervention mental group was better than that in the control group P 〈 0.05 ).
