Gray Correlation Analysis of Influential Factors of Service Industry Development in XPCC

服务业的迅速发展已成为现代社会经济发展的最主要特征,新疆生产建设兵团服务业的发展带动了兵团就业的快速发展。该文分别从发展轨迹、增长速度和综合影响三个角度对兵团服务业发展的影响因素进行分析,认为服务业从业人员比重对兵团服务业发展的影响最大,这为兵团服务业发展提供了人力资源;兵团进出口贸易也在一定程度上促进了兵团服务业的发展,同时与生产配套所需要的服务业也越多。

The rapid development of service industry is one of the main features of social and economical development.The development of service industry in XPCC （Xinjiang Production and Constructuon Corps） has greatly promoted employment. By applying grey correlation analysis method, this paper first analyzes the influential factors of service industry development from the perspectives of the development track, growing speed as well as comprhensive influences and then puts forward countermeasures of promoting rapid service industry development, optimizing industrial structure and coordinating developments in XPCC.
