结合当前国际国内形势,根据多年从事思想政治教育的工作经验,针对民族地区院校大学生的特殊性,做好民族地区院校大学生思想政治教育工作,必须冲破传统僵化的思想政治教育观念束缚和影响,大胆走包括情感教育在内的各种相对人性化的现代教育路径,这是全面而迅速提高民族地区院校大学生思想政治教育实效性的正确努力方向,值得进一步探索和尝试。

Based on the current international and domestic situation and many years of work experience in ideological and political education, we must break through the traditional concept of rigid ideological and political education shackles and impact to improve the work in col ege students＆#39; ideo-logical and political education, including a variety of relatively humane modern educational path, which is comprehensive and rapid increase in the right direction for the ideological and political education of col ege effectiveness of institutions in ethnic areas.
