摘要
构建一个科学合理的大学生职业生涯教育模式,促使学生了解自己和认知社会,准确找准未来职业定位,提高自身的就业竞争力具有十分重要的意义。科学系统的大学生职业生涯规划教育模式包括五个基本模块:自我认知、环境认知、目标定位、实施方案和评估反馈。这五个模块相互联系,循序递进,进而形成了一个完整的职业生涯规划教育体系。
Building a scientific and rational mode of career education to encourage students to understand themselves and society accurately identi-fy future career orientation plays important role in improving their employability and competitiveness. Career planning education model consists of five basic modules：self-awareness, environmental awareness, targeting, implementation of programs and assessment feedback. The five modules interconnect each other, sequential y progress, thus forming a complete career planning education system.
