Case Analysis on School Sports Injury Accident

在学校伤害事故中,由于学校体育教育的特殊性,学校体育是学生伤害事故较多的一种,如何正确的认定学校体育伤害事故的责任问题,保证学校、学生、教师的合法权益,是一个十分重要的问题。通过对学校体育伤害事故的一些个案进行分析,旨在警醒学校体育工作者重视体育教学和训练工作的安全教育工作。

Because of the particularity of school physical education,the injury accidents happen frequently in school physical education.How to determine the responsibility of the school sports injury accident,so as to ensure the school,students and teachers’legitimate rights and interests has become an important problem.This paper tries to alert the teachers and relative personnels for school physical education to at-tach importance to teaching and training as well as the safety education by analyzing some cases of school sports injury accident.
