高职院校运动队“双线”管理模式构建——以湖州职业技术学院为例

“Double”Management Model on Sports Team Construction of Higher Vocational College——Case Study on Huzhou Vocational and Technological College

以湖州职业技术学院校运动队为研究对象,探讨如何使高职院校运动队健康持续的发展,以发现人才、规范管理、赛出成绩,为目标,构建"双线"校运动队管理模式。缓解选才难、组织难、资金难、保障难的问题,逐步形成理论与实践层面的良性发展,并进行阶段性的总结。从而为高职院校运动队的发展提供相关理论依据。

Taking the sports teams in Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as the object,this research discusses how to make the healthy and continuous development of sports teams in higher vocational colleges.In order to achieve the goal of discovering talents,standardizing management and improving the results,this research tries to construct a “double”management model on school sports teams,so that to ease the difficulty in selection,organization,funding and security,gradually form the benign development on the level of theory and practice,and form the summary in the phase sense.This research can provide theoretical basis for the development of sports teams in higher vocational colleges.
