麦冬多糖提取工艺优选研究

Study on Extraction Process of Polysaccharide in Ophiopogon Japonicus and Content Determination

目的:优选麦冬多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以麦冬多糖含量为指标,以加液量、提取时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度为考察因素,采用正交试验优化多糖的提取工艺。结果:麦冬多糖提取的最优工艺条件是:加药材10倍量水,提取3次,每次60min,醇沉浓度90%,麦冬多糖提取率为18.18%。结论:优选的工艺合理、可行,多糖提取率高,可用于麦冬多糖的提取。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon Japonicus. Methods： Using the method of UV speetrophotometry,Ophiopogon polysaccharide yield as index, add fluid volume, extraction times and alcohol concentration as factors of investigation, orthogonal test was a method to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide. Results： The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon Japonicus are that adding 10 times amount of water, extracting for 3 times, 60min each time,alcohol precipitation concentrations were 90 %. Under the optimal process conditions, the content of polysaccharide were 18. 18 ;Conclusion： This optimization process is reasonable and feasible, polysaccharide extraction rate is high, can be used in Ophiopogon polysaccharide extraction.
