血清脂肪酶在十二指肠溃疡并发症诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:研究血清脂肪酶水平检测在十二指肠溃疡及其并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法:检测50例正常体检者、30例胃癌患者、40例十二指肠溃疡患者、40例十二指肠溃疡伴并发症患者的血清脂肪酶水平,研究其与发病的相关性。结果:正常体检者、胃癌患者、十二指肠溃疡患者、十二指肠溃疡并伴有并发症患者的平均脂肪酶水平分别为(30.16±9.35)、(36.50±17.58)、(30.92±14.52)、(56.70±35.95)U/L;阳性率(超出60U/L为阳性)分别为2%、10%、2.5%、42.5%。结论:脂肪酶水平检测可辅助十二指肠溃疡及其并发症的诊断。 Objective: To study the significance of the increased serum lipase in the duodenal ulcer and it's complications. Methods: Detect the serum lipase of 50 health people,g0 patients with gastric cancer,40 patients with duodennal ulcer and 40 patients with the complications of duodenn -al ulcer. Results:Lipase average level of the healthy people group, gastric cancer group, duoden -nal ulcer group and the complications of duodennal ulcer are: (30.16±9.35),(36.50±17.58) ,(30.92±14.52) ,(56.70±35.95) U/L,and the positive ratio are : 2 %, 10 %, 2.5 %, 42.5 %. Conclusion : The increased serum lipase can auxiliary to diagnose the complications of duodennal ulcer.
