航海类专业高职课程改革的困局及对策

Dilemma and Countermeasures:Higher Vocational Curriculum Reform in Navigation

课程及其课程体系是人才培养目标实现的途径和载体。高职航海类专业改革传统的课程模式、构建工学结合的课程体系,是实现高端技能型人才培养目标的关键。当前,国内航海类专业高职课程改革处于理论与实践脱节的困局中,需要从以下几个方面进行改革从而构建工学结合的课程体系:课程内容的选择,课堂内容的序化,学习情境与实训室建设,教师队伍的专业化和课程的评价模式。

Course and its curriculum system are the paths and the carriers of talent training.In accordance with the requirements of Ministry of Education,to construct work-integrated learning course system and reform the traditional pattern of the course is the key to achieving high skilled talents cultivation for higher vocational navigation majors.In this paper,current situation and dilemma of domestic maritime curriculum reform in vocational colleges are analyzed.The necessity of curriculum system construction and course reform is pointed out.Suggestions of the course system establishment and curriculum design are proposed.
