摘要
通过热管工作特性的分析,提出了一种地板辐射供暖用的新型热管的设计方案。该新型热管的特点在于实现了蒸气流和凝液流两相分离,几乎不存在携带极限效应;蒸发段和冷凝段的面积可根据需要进行改变。该气液分离式热管应用于地板辐射供暖系统可以提高换热量从而降低供水温度,达到节能的目的,同时,为低品位能源直接应用于供暖系统的研究提供参考。
A new heat pipe, which is applied to radiant floor heating system, 's presented by anatyz- ing the characteristics of the heat pipe. The steam flow and condensate flow are separated in this heat pipe, avoiding the phenomenon of flooding limit. The areas of evaporation section and condensation section can be changed according to the demand. The radiant floor heating system with the technology of heat pipe can improve heat transfer and reduce water temperature, which can reduce energy consumption and provide ref- erence for researches of heating system utilizing low grade energy.
