导轨式电量仪表校准方法的研究

摘要 导轨式电量仪表体积小巧,安装方便,可轻松放入各类配电箱和配电柜,集成工业通信接口可实现与各种智能配电系统的集成,极大地方便了能效管理,已广泛应用于机场、港口、工厂、智能楼宇、商场、会展中心及学校等。根据导轨式电量仪表的原理与技术特性,参考行业标准与国家标准,验证和确定了校准参数和技术指标,研究制定出导轨式电量仪表校准方法,为计量技术机构开展校准和能源数据采集的质量控制,提供了技术依据。 The guide rail electricity meter with small stze and conventent tnstattcuton, can oe eastty put into all kinds of distribution box and the power distribution cabinet. It brings great efficiency on man- agement as integrated industrial communication inte^ace, which implements the integration with various intelligent power distribution systems. It has been widely used in airports, ports, factories, intelligent build- ings, shopping malls, convention exhibition center and schools. According to the principle and technical characteristics of guide rail electricity meter and referring to the industry standards and national standards, the calibration parameters and technical indicators are verified and determined, the calibrated method of the rail electricity meter is formulated. The study provides the technical basis for the quality control of metrology technical institutions with responsibility of the calibration and energy data collection.
