摘要
在我国,建筑能效测评标识制度是一项全新的管理制度,随着各项规章制度及技术文件的完善,建筑能效标识制度必将成为我国开展建筑节能及绿色建筑工作的一项十分重要的技术措施。对《建筑能效标识技术标准》中基础项相对节能率的计算方法进行了详细的介绍,并通过典型案例分析给出了计算步骤,为推进我国建筑能效标识工作提供了理论依据和借鉴。
In China, building energy performance system is a new management system. As the im- provement of various regulations and technical standards, building energy efficiency labeling system will become a very crucial technical measure for developing energy-efficient building and green building. The calculation of relative energy-saving rate of basic items in "Energy Performance Certification Standard of Buildings" is introduced in detail, analyzing its calculation methodology through a typical project case. This study will be a good reference for the promotion of building energy performance evaluation in China.
