摘要
传统工业逐渐退出历史舞台后,城市核心工业区产生了大量废置厂房,处置废置厂房成为现实问题。以厦门市锻压机床总厂第一联合厂房改造项目为例,从项目既有情况、项目定位、项目功能空间改造、主体结构改造及项目成本核算等方面详细介绍了废置厂房再生利用的过程,赋予建筑新的内涵,继续发挥厂房的使用价值,带来良好的社会经济价值。
Since the traditional industry gradually withdrew from the historical stage, there have e- merged a large number of abandoned factories in the urban core industrial area, Therefore, how to deal with these abandoned factories has become a priority. Based on the case study of the 51o.1 factory complex of Xiamen Metalfarming Machine Tool Co. Ltd., the recycling of abandoned factories is illustrated from the following respects: the present situation, project positioning, the transformation of functional space, the transformation of the main structure, and the project cost. The recycling process adds new meaning to the building and keep the building continuing to play an important role in good social and economic benefit.
