发达国家与中国支持企业“走出去”的政策体系比较研究

A Comparative Study About The Policy Systems of China and Developed Countries Supporting Enterprises to Go Out

全球化发展的今天,各国政府都积极制定各种政策支持本国企业"走出去",中国正处在经济结构调整的关键时期,许多大型企业对外扩张进入国际市场,为这些企业构建完善合理的政策支持体系对中国政府来说责无旁贷也刻不容缓。首先分析政府支持企业走出去的重要性,然后对发达国家政府及中国政府的政策支持体系进行比较研究,并以此为基础提出完善中国企业走出去政策支持体系的建议。

With a growing trend of globalization,many governments are actively constituting rules and regulations for encouraging their enterprises to go out.As it’s in a critical period of China’s economic restructuring,many Chinese enterprises are practicing expansion strategy outward.To perfect the policy support system for these enterprises is the responsibility of China government.This thesis first analyzes the importance of China government supporting enterprises to go out,then comparatively study the policy support systems of China and some developed countries,and puts forward four proposals to perfect the policy support system of China.
