摘要
750 kV复合横担的节点连接采用了套筒式连接方式,其节点的设计特别是法兰与绝缘筒的胶接高度既要保证足够的强度储备,又要满足电气性能要求。对750 kV复合横担部分节点进行了有限元分析,得出不同胶装高度处胶黏剂的应力分布情况,分析结果表明,不同连接节点设计合理,均能满足受力要求。
Joints of the cross ann on the 750 kV transmission line tower adopt the sleeve type. The joint design, especially the gluing height in the flange and composite tube, should guarantee both sufficient strength margin and safety of the electrical performance. In this article, part of joints of the cross arm are analyzed with the finite element method and the stress distribution in different gluing heights is obtained. The analysis results show the design of the joints is rational and meets the load requirements.
