摘要
风电出力的波动性增大了电网系统的调峰难度。为了维护电网系统的安全稳定运行,限制了部分风电的接入。抑制风电波动,提高风电穿透率具有实际意义。该文基于Weibull风速模型,研究了风电场和高耗能企业在电网系统内联合运行的模型,提出了一种新的电价模式,充分考虑了风电出力与价格之间的关系以及电网负荷峰谷对电价的影响。机会约束模型为决策者在系统满足要求的置信水平里做出有利选择。利用随机模拟技术和粒子群算法求解。算例分析验证了该模型的有效性。
As the volatility of wind power output increases the difficulty of the peaking scheduling of the power grid, to maintain the safe and stable operation of the grid, the access of wind power has to be limited. Therefore, suppression of wind power fluctuations and increasing the penetration of the wind power is of great practical significance. Based on the Weibull wind model, this paper studies wind farms and high energy- consuming enterprises in the joint operation mode of the grid, and proposes a new tariff model which gives full consideration to the relationship between the wind power output and elec- tricity price and effects of the both peak and volley loads on the price. The chance-constrained model helps decision-makers to make the favorable selection within the confidence level which meets the requirements of the power system. Solutions can be obtained by stochastic modeling and particle swarm optimization algorithm. Numerical examples have verified the effectiveness of the proposed model.
