摘要
CPR1000型辅助电源系统(后续简称LGR系统)通流试验作为LGR系统的一个重要试验,对继电保护二次回路检查有重要作用。在阳江LGR系统通流试验中,采用了一种新的通流方法,将两台变压器并联,通过调节有载开关档位的方法使得两变压器间产生压差,从而在主回路中调节出满足通流试验电流大小的环流,完成通流试验。此方法相比常规的通流试验方法投入的人力和物力更少,操作更方便,效率更高,值得广泛应用于CPR1000核电项目的辅助变电站的通流试验。
The current flow test of auxiliary power supply system (hereafter referred to as LGR system) of the CPR1000 nuclear plant is a very important test, and has a significant effect on examining the protective circuit. In the current flow test of Yangiiang nuclear plant, a new method was adopted, in which two power transformers were paralleled, and the potential difference between the two transformers .was generated by changing the tap position of the on-load tap changers so that the loop current meeting the requirements for the test is formed in the main circuit to fulfil the current flow test. The new method costs Jess manpower and materials, and it is more convenient and efficient and can be widely used in the current flow test of the LGR system of the CPRIO00 nuclear plant.
