高强度钢种在水电行业内的使用越来越多,并且强度越来越高,文中介绍了在秘鲁Quitaracsa机组上采用了Q690D高强度低合金钢板,对Q690D高强度调质钢在焊接方面的参数选择、试验总结、试验结果、制造工艺等进行了总结,能为同类产品焊接技术提供参考。

The high-strength steel is widely used in the hydropower industry, and its strength is increasingly high. In the manufacturing of the Quitaracsa unit exported to Peru, the Q690D high strength low alloy quenched steel was used, and the parameters selection, test summaries, test results and man- ufacturing technology were summarized in the welding of the Q690D high strength quenched steel, it can provide useful reference for the welding technology for similar products.
