摘要
工程实践能力是纺织类大学生的核心竞争力,直接影响大学生的就业竞争力和职场适应力。文章以浙江理工大学材料与纺织学院纺织类大学生为对象,通过问卷、实地走访、座谈等方式对纺织类大学生工程实践能力的状况进行了调查,探讨纺织类大学生在行业信息掌握、专业学习、技能培训、科研活动、学科竞赛等方面的现状,并就纺织类大学生工程实践能力的培养和提高提出建议:加强行业信息传授、深入实施生涯规划教育、挖掘实践技能培训潜力、增强科研活动和课堂教学的吸引力等。
This paper establishes "tutorial system-~ academic community system" system engineering with teaching reform as pilot and impetus according to the construction of biotechnology and bio-pharma- ceuticals majors in College of Li^e Science, Zhe]iang Sci-Tech University and provincial experimeptal teach- ing demonstration center, gives play to the function of student work administrators, tutors and students and effectively implements and scientifically evaluates "tutorial system-~academic community system" so as to achieve the purpose of establishing a set of new biological science talent training mode and cultivate high-quality talents with solid theoretical knowledge, strong practical ability of experiment and high com- prehensive quality.
