摘要
通过分析掘进工作面在生产过程中需频繁向前挪移胶带输送机机尾卸料平台与行人过桥的问题,提出了一种胶带输送机机尾一体化装置,实现了机尾一体化装置随着掘进机在拉机尾的过程中自动前移。通过在陈四楼煤矿21401轨顺工作面的应用效果分析,该装置大大提高了生产效率,减少了机电维修工的工作量,具有较好的经济及社会效益。
Through the analysis of tunneling faces in the process of production need to frequently move forward belt conveyor tail unloading platform and the problem of pedestrians crossing the bridge,this paper proposes a belt conveyor tail integration device,has realized the integration of the tail device with the machine in the process of pulling the tail forward automatically.Through coal mine 21401 rail Chen Silou suitable application effect analysis of working face,the device has greatly increased the production efficiency,reduce the mechanical and electrical maintenance workload,has good economic and social benefits.
