The talent is the basic development strategy resource of the coal mine.Talent team construction is the fundamental requirement of the development of coal mine.In recent years,the coal mine talent is loss seriously,leading to much trouble to the development of the coal mine.This paper firstly analyzed the present situation of the construction of the coal mine talent team,aiming at the existing problems,then put forward a series of countermeasures and the suggestion,so as to giving reference for the sustainable development of the coal mine.
