摘要
为将高压辊磨机应用于国内某氧化铝厂铝土矿的破碎及磨矿,通过试验分析确定了高压辊磨机的应用条件,进行了原矿粒度筛析、高压辊磨机的压力条件试验、矿石含水率条件试验、辊压后矿石可磨度试验及扩大试验。得出结论:高压辊压机最佳工作压力为12.5MPa,矿石含水率不宜高于7%,矿石经过高压辊磨工艺后所得物料细粒级含量更多,可磨性优于常规破碎工艺所得物料。
For application of the high pressure miler mill for crushing and grinding of bauxite in the alumina refinery, an experimental analysis is carried out to determine the application condition of the high pressure miler mill through ore granularity analysis, pressure test, ore moisture test and grindability test and extended test of ground ore. It is concluded that the optimal working pressure of the high pressure roller mill is 12.5MPa and the moisture rate of ore cannot be higher than 7%, with more ground fine particles and better grindability by the high pressure roller mill compared with the common crushing process.
