摘要
通过对酱香大曲酒不同季节性投料试验,初步总结出酱香大曲酒在山东省每年的十二月投料能更加提高酒的质量。
Based on different seasonal test of Maotai-flavor Daqu liquor production,it preliminary summarized that if the beginning of the Maotai-flavor Daqu liquor production in Shandong province every December of the year can improve the quality of liquor.
