摘要
用正交实验法探讨了添加抗氧剂对ASA树脂耐黄变性的影响,并获得最佳抗氧剂组合。实验结果表明,抗氧剂均能在一定程度上减轻ASA在高温混炼过程中的黄变,其中受阻酚类抗氧剂S1、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168和自由基捕获剂类抗氧剂对ASA的黄变改善效果最明显。复合使用抗氧剂效果明显高于单一抗氧剂,效果最好的抗氧剂组合为0.15%S1,0.15%168,0.02%自由基捕获剂。本文研究结果对ASA塑料的加工应用有一定的参考意义。
The yellowing resistance effects of antioxidants on ASA resin was discussed by orthogonal experimental method, and the most efficient combination of antioxidants was obtained. Experimental results indicated that yellow resistance effect of ASA resin was reduced by adding of the antioxidants, and hindered phenol S 1, phosphite ester 168, radical scavenger showed better effect than the others. And yellow resistance effects of combination antioxidant were better than the singles. The most efficient antioxidant combination was S1 0.15%, 168 0.15%, radical scavenger 0.02%. The results of this paper provided a valuable reference to processing and application of ASA resin.
